ARCHIVE PROJECT

This project is designed to preserve the school records going back to the beginning and the many photographic items going back to early in the last century. We are collaborating with the Christian Brothers who hold the earliest records. We have already made substantial progress with many items now on DVD. The project was launched by An Taioseach, Mr. Enda Kenny TD on November 20th, 2014.

ANNUAL MASS FOR DECEASED PAST PUPILS

The ANNUAL Mass was celebrated by Archbishop Dr. Diarmuid Martin, in St. Andrew’s church, Westland Row on Sunday November 30th at 11.30am, St. Andrew’s day.

PPU ANNUAL DINNER

The annual dinner took place on Saturday January 31st at the Westbury Hotel. It was a special event for the 150 including the presentation to the Row Person of the Year, Brian Dowling.

GALA CONCERT

We will conclude the 150 celebrations with a Gala Concert on Friday, May 16th 2015. Well known soloist Kathryn Smith and a number of other well known artists will perform. This concert is intended be a major fundraiser and we are looking forward to a full house. Further details will be announced as we go along.

PUBLICATION

To round off the year we will issue a publication featuring all the events and updating the school history. We already have a lot of material and look forward to gathering more and to having all this put together and professionally edited for the benefit of the school and all the past pupils.
